Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your order to arrive.

In some cases, it may take up to more than seven days during festivals, sales, or when there are other mitigating circumstances.

A shipping confirmation with your tracking ID will be sent to you after the product has been dispatched. You can use this ID to track your order and click on “Track your order.”

You can cancel your order by clicking on Cancel my order in orders before the item has been dispatched.

If the item has not been delivered, you may cancel the order by refusing delivery.

The replacement process will start once we receive the original product under the replacement policy. After verifying the product, replaced products will be sent back to the shipping address.

*If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact immediately. Rabbolt will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund immediately.

1. Items should be unused and uninstalled.

2. All the items delivered inside the package should be returned. We will not accept the product if anything is missing from the box.

We appreciate zero physical contact in these times; we accept prepaid orders only to minimize the contact. You can choose to pay by the following options:

A manufacturer warranty covers all Rabbolt products and accessories.

Warranty Guidelines

If you face any issues with your Rabbolt product, please contact us, and we will be delighted to help you.

  1. The Rabbolt warranty is limited to the first purchaser of the Rabbolt products only and is non-transferable.
  2. Valid Proof of purchase like bill or invoice is required to be presented for availing warranty services
  3. You can register a warranty service request HERE. Our customer service team will contact you and attempt to solve the issue.
  4. Rabbolt will make every effort to repair at the earliest thus, we would like to make it crystal clear that we are under no obligation to do so in a specified period.
  5. In the case of the replacement process of the product, if the product is unavailable, the product of equivalent price will be offered. Warranty will continue as per the previous product purchase date.

Warranty is not applicable in any of the following cases:

  1. Debilitation or peeling of the color of the product due to normal wear & tear or usage.
  2. Issues appertaining to look & feel of the product, low display under sunlight, low sound quality due to accumulation of dust or dirt.
  3. If the product is not operated according to the instructions given in the instruction manual.
  4. This warranty will automatically terminate on the expiry of the warranty period of 12 Months (as determined by proof of purchase), even if the product is not in use during the warranty period.

5. In case of any damage to the product, customer abuse, repair by unauthorized persons, misuse detected, product attacked or damaged by house pests, pets, rodents, accidental or incidental damage, spillage of any liquid on the device, device subjected to extreme temperatures, atmospheric conditions, waterlogging in the product, non-specified charger usage, any breaking or cutting of wires, improper or reckless use, defects developed by due to causes beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage or acts of God.
