Replacement of a product is allowed only under the following circumstances:
One can replace the order within seven days of receiving the parcel and will get a replacement within another seven days.
*Replacement can be made if the product is delivered in defective condition or has physical damage within 24 hours of receiving the product.
*In case of damaged or defective items, please report to our website support team.
- If you feel that the product delivered is different from the one shown on the site or as per the features, you must connect with our website support team within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- In case of replacement, the whole product package with the product and its accessories intact will be picked up by the courier person arranged by us.
- Conditions in which replacement policy is not applicable:
- Physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Any damage caused by the user.
Please see that no return or refund shall be provided. However, the customer can replace the product unit received within seven days from delivery and get a replacement.
